Returns and refund policy

We hope you love your order from The Educator’s Atelier. If you need help with a return or there is a problem with your order, please email support@theeducatorsatelier.com with your order number.

Changing your mind

If you purchased online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email support@theeducatorsatelier.com within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We’ll provide the return address when you contact us.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for postage on a change-of-mind return. This applies to returns sent from Ireland and from other countries. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please package it carefully for its journey back to us. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that reduction in value.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns

We will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that you have sent it back. We may wait until one of those things has happened before issuing the refund.

If you cancel and return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, please email support@theeducatorsatelier.com with your order number and photographs where helpful. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If the item needs to be returned, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return postage. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return an eligible item under the terms above and place a new order.
