Shipping policy

At The Educator's Atelier, we're a small Irish business and we take care to pack and ship every order with attention to detail. All orders are dispatched from Ireland using An Post.

Ireland A flat shipping rate of €6.96 applies to all orders within the Republic of Ireland, sent via An Post.

European Union We ship to EU countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the delivery options available.

United Kingdom We ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Please be aware that UK orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or local handling charges upon arrival. These charges are applied by UK authorities and are outside our control.

International Shipping We are delighted to be extending our shipping to selected countries outside the EU, including the UAE, China, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Availability and shipping rates for your destination will be displayed at checkout if your country is currently enabled.

Please note that international delivery times vary by destination. Any timeframe provided is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to The Educator's Atelier, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are unable to predict whether customs charges will apply to your order or what the amount may be. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have any concerns before placing your order.

All customs declarations will accurately reflect the contents and value of your order. We are legally required to do this — purchased items cannot be declared as gifts or deliberately undervalued.

Delays The Educator's Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal and courier services. We appreciate your patience if your order is held at customs.

Delivery Address & Customs Responsibility Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. If your local postal or customs authority contacts you regarding your parcel, please respond promptly to avoid delays or returns.

Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Parcels If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because customs or import charges were not paid, any eligible refund will only be processed once the parcel has been safely returned to us. Original shipping costs and any return, carrier, or customs charges incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable consumer law.
